La Ferme Saint Roux - Friponne Rosé

Saint Roux was established in the 15th century in the Provence with the help of an Italian nobleman. Charmed by the fields of red-tinted soil, he decided to name the place “Roux”. The buildings of this historic farm, which had fallen into ruin, have been carefully rebuilt. Every stone found on the ground has been returned to its original place.

Everything at Château Saint Roux is produced organically and as close to nature as possible. The fermentation of the Saint Roux wines is ensured by natural and indigenous yeasts that deliver authenticity. You can smell and taste a mix of white fruits and ripe stone fruits, round and supple on the palate, well balanced between freshness and body.
