A great Rosé brilliant for Food Pairing. You can smell nuances of Red Berries and hints of oak, some lemon grass but also a bit of yellow stone fruit. Juicy and creamy texture yet still fresh. Tastes like delicate strawberries and fresh pear with a long lasting finish. Delicious rarity and one of the few Provence Rosés that aged for 6 months in oak barrels. The bottle itself is an elegant piece of art.
