Clos Cibonne Tradition Rosé
This "Cru Classé" Provence Rosé is made by one of the most famous and traditional wineries in the South of France. The vineyard is located by the Mediterranean sea which helps the traditional Tibouren grape variety to flourish. Tibouren is one of the oldest grape varieties in the Mediterranean Area brought to France by Julius Cesar. In this coastal 15-hectare vineyard, the Tibouren grape variety predominates in the rosé-making and guarantees the Clos Cibonne vineyard’s quality and authenticity.
This Cuvée is mainly made with the mentioned Tibouren Grape which ages for 12 to 18 months in hundred-year-old casks before it gets bottled. It has a salmon orange color with spicy aromas. You can taste the oxidant flavors which make this Rosé a truly unique experience with worldwide reputation.
