Château La Coste - Grand Vin Rosé BIO

Château La Coste is more than just an Organic Provence Winery of excellence. It is a 600-acre sculpture park, art destination, a luxury hotel and 3 restaurants just outside of Aix-en-Provence. Among the artists that where contributing to this spectacular estate are  by Tadao Ando, Louise Bourgeois, Bob Dylan, Tracey Emin, André Fu, Frank Gehry, Andy Goldsworthy, Christopher Green, Kengo Kuma, Paul Matisse, Oscar Niemeyer, Jean Nouvel, Renzo Piano, Richard Rogers, Richard Serra, Conrad Shawcross, Lee Ufan, Ai Weiwei and Franz West.

This is the Top Rosé of the estate. "Grand Vin" says it all... it's not just a great Rosé, it's a great wine with a fantastic price. Try to find this level of wine for a white or red wine. You can smell fruits like peach, apricot and cassis accompanied by iodized and aniseed notes. In your mouth you get a fresh and persistent aroma which confirms the notes you smelled before. A heaven like finish, that underlines the class of this Rosé.

For Food Pairing we recommend Monkfish skewers with a pine nut sauce. Or a warm octopus salad with capers, even a Filet Mignon with apricots goes perfect with this "Grand Vin".

Secret de Léoube - Château Léoube BIO

This wine should be no secret anymore with 91 Parker Points. The proximity of the sea, the daily sea breeze and cool nights are all factors that provide an ideal climate for growing grapes.

Distinctly pale and with the most delicate of pear aromas. Made from lower yields, it is delicately scented, cool and yet underlaid with more delicious aromas that show its Provençal origins – herbs, fennel, a touch of aniseed. It is finely textured (Thanks to the Cabernet Sauvignon), persistent and warming. Above all, there is a freshness, a hint of white pepper, which balances the fruit on the palate, ensuring a dry, mouthwatering finish.

Château Léoube uses low-to-no sulfites!

Château de la Gaude - Mademoiselle Rosé BIO

Château de la Gaude is just ten minutes from the city centre of Aix-en-Provence and offers a breath-taking view of Montagne Sainte-Victoire, the ultimate symbol of the Provence. The beautiful "Bastide" is now a 5 star luxury hotel with a Michelin star gourmet restaurant.

The elegance and superior standards of the hotel and restaurant are also implemented in the vineyard and winery. The start of vinification of the Mademoiselle Rosé is made in stainless steel vats afterwards it is aging on the lees in "demi-muids", 400 liter sized French oak barrels.

Château de la Gaude "Mademoiselle" has very expressive notes of small red fruits and grapefruit. A very round juicy mouthfeel with notes of white flowers and aromas of dried rose. All supported by a nice acidity. This Gourmet Rosé is a perfect wine for food pairing! Some inspiration for your perfect Rosé pairing would be Red mullet with peppers or a Provençal-style rabbit with fennel but it also pairs deliciously with grilled meat and sausages.

Gstaad Guy - Palais Constance Rosé

Palais Constancifothe connoisseur, it ifothe person whdemands excellence - in every category of their lives. "Those who know, just know"

Each bottle of Palais Constance Rosé is a tribute to the art of winemaking and the natural beauty of Provence. It is made from AOP Côtes de Provence grapes grown on a single estate, carefully chosen from vines between 20 and 60 years old on a 400-year-old property. The varying soil types, elevations, and sun exposure on the estate allows to cultivate five different grape varieties used in Palais Constance Rosé.

Palais Constance Rosé is produced using the High Environmental Value (HVE) model, as they believe it is important to leave the environment in a better state for future generations, than how it was inherited.

At the winery, state-of-the-art wine making technology called ‘tri-optique’ is used which analyses each grape using lasers and cameras to ensure only the best grapes are selected.

This Rosé has aromas of fresh peach, grapefruit and exotic fruit with a touch of spice. The palate starts off silky then becomes robust, however still elegant and light and consistent with spicy Provencal perfumes. Delicious and truly excellent!

Château Sainte Roseline Cru Classé Rosé

Located in Les Arcs-Sur-Argens which is 30 minutes away from Saint-Tropez, Cannes and from the Gorges du Verdon, Château Sainte-Roseline is a historic site and a Cru Classé de Provence.

The legend of Sainte Roseline is, that her father had forbidden her to give food to the poor who were begging outside the castle. When she had gathered bread in her apron and wanted to sneak out in the dark, her father caught her. When asked what she was dragging out, she whispered: the roses she had just picked. When she opened the apron, there were roses instead of bread...

Made from a selection of their best plots, Château Sainte Roseline is a top-of-the-range cuvée produced in limited quantities and available only at the estate’s sales cellar and at Club Lavender.

This premium Provence Rosé of Château Roseline is pale pink and comes in a unique milk glass bottle. A fine and expressive nose reveals notes of citrus fruits like tangerine. On the palate it is at the same time a supple, fresh and lively wine with a persistence on citrus fruit notes and a minerality which gives it a beautiful length. Elegant and fine Rosé with a lot of history and the prestigious Cru Classé label.
