This wine should be no secret anymore with 91 Parker Points. The proximity of the sea, the daily sea breeze and cool nights are all factors that provide an ideal climate for growing grapes.

Distinctly pale and with the most delicate of pear aromas. Made from lower yields, it is delicately scented, cool and yet underlaid with more delicious aromas that show its Provençal origins – herbs, fennel, a touch of aniseed. It is finely textured (Thanks to the Cabernet Sauvignon), persistent and warming. Above all, there is a freshness, a hint of white pepper, which balances the fruit on the palate, ensuring a dry, mouthwatering finish.

Château Léoube uses low-to-no sulfites!

Domaines Ott - Château de Selle - Cru Classé Rosé BIO

This is the original Premium Gourmet Rosé from the Provence.

Château de Selle was the first estate acquired by Marcel Ott in 1912. It is in Taradeau, near Draguignan, on soil where only olive, lavender and mulberry trees used to grow. Not far from Thoronet Abbey, close to a former 18th century residence of the Counts of Provence, the soil is gypsum, red clay, dolomite and sandstone mixed with gravel and stone, today producing highly distinguished and elegant wines. Perched on high limestone inland slopes where it is sheltered from winter frosts, the estate enjoys a microclimate of mild winters, early springs and warm and dry summers, always with a great deal of sunshine. A specialty is that the vines are grown on terraced vineyards.

This fantastic Rosé has a subtle balance between structure and finesse, this wine is a perfect illustration of the precision required to make great a Rosé.  The wine is a reflection of the complexity of its limestone hillsides and arid soil; austerity bathed in dazzling sunshine.

This pale pink Rosé with golden tints releases elegant fragrances of citrus fruit and orchard flowers enveloped in spice. On the palate, the immediate effect is elegant and open, developing subtle aromas with a lemony edge and a balanced minerality before a round gourmet finish of appealing length.

Gstaad Guy - Palais Constance Rosé

Palais Constancifothe connoisseur, it ifothe person whdemands excellence - in every category of their lives. "Those who know, just know"

Each bottle of Palais Constance Rosé is a tribute to the art of winemaking and the natural beauty of Provence. It is made from AOP Côtes de Provence grapes grown on a single estate, carefully chosen from vines between 20 and 60 years old on a 400-year-old property. The varying soil types, elevations, and sun exposure on the estate allows to cultivate five different grape varieties used in Palais Constance Rosé.

Palais Constance Rosé is produced using the High Environmental Value (HVE) model, as they believe it is important to leave the environment in a better state for future generations, than how it was inherited.

At the winery, state-of-the-art wine making technology called ‘tri-optique’ is used which analyses each grape using lasers and cameras to ensure only the best grapes are selected.

This Rosé has aromas of fresh peach, grapefruit and exotic fruit with a touch of spice. The palate starts off silky then becomes robust, however still elegant and light and consistent with spicy Provencal perfumes. Delicious and truly excellent!

Château Sainte Roseline - Collection - Cru Classé Rosé BIO

Located in Les Arcs-Sur-Argens which is 30 minutes away from Saint-Tropez, Cannes and from the Gorges du Verdon, Château Sainte-Roseline is a historic site and a Cru Classé de Provence.

The legend of Sainte Roseline is, that her father had forbidden her to give food to the poor who were begging outside the castle. When she had gathered bread in her apron and wanted to sneak out in the dark, her father caught her. When asked what she was dragging out, she whispered: the roses she had just picked. When she opened the apron, there were roses instead of bread...

Made from a selection of their best plots, the "Collection" from Château Sainte Roseline is a top-of-the-range cuvée produced in limited quantities.

This premium Provence Rosé of Château Roseline is pale pink. A fine and expressive nose reveals notes of citrus fruits like tangerine and herbs like Rosemary. There are also some aromas of red fruits. On the palate it is at the same time a supple, fresh and lively wine with a persistence on citrus fruit notes and a minerality which gives it a beautiful length. Elegant and fine Rosé with a lot of history and the prestigious Cru Classé label.
