2. Data collection, processing and use

a.) Purpose of the data collection and scope

We collect personal information in order to

• accept and process your orders,
• to send you our newsletter and
• if necessary, to answer questions from you. 

We collect the following data from you:

• name and first name,
• age (as we do not deliver to minors),
• address
• Ordered goods
• Delivered goods
• Information which form of payment you are using
• E-mail address
• phone number

Not from us, but from the respective payment provider (for example credit card companies) information about your means of payment is stored. We only receive information about whether the payment was made by you.

In addition, to protect our systems, every time somebody is accessing our website and somebody is retrieving a file, we store access data in the form of log files consisting of the following information:

• The website from which you visit our site
• Your used IP address,
• the access date and time,
• The information about the browser you are using and your operating system.

b.) Data processing

To provide our website, we use the Shopify service, which is developed and operated by Shopify Inc., 126 York Street, Suite 200, Ottawa, ON, Canada, K1N 5T5 (hereafter "Shopify"). Shopify provides us with their online e-commerce platform through which we can offer you our goods for sale. Your inventory and usage data will be stored on Shopify's servers. On the basis of your device data, we create a device ID that can be used to recognize your access device (eg PC, tablet or laptop) during another visit to our website. We also set a cookie for this purpose (see also below under "Cookies"). The cookie contains the device ID, but no personally identifiable usage or transaction information about you. This will allow your access device to be recognized without identifying you by name and associating it with your device ID.

3. Disclosure to third parties

We only pass on your personal data to third parties (subcontractors) to the extent required, who are entrusted by us with the processing of an order (payment and delivery, if applicable, redemption) and who are only permitted to use this data for specific purposes. 4. Cookies and Clear GIFs and their use

a.) Cookies

With our newsletters we inform you about us and our offers.

This offer uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). 8. Legal basis and duration of storage

Legal basis for the processing of the order processing, including the dispatch of orders, the processing of your payment, the sending of order confirmations and invoices is the legal basis for this is Art. 6 Abs.1 lit. b) GDPR.

The legal basis for sending our newsletter is § 7 Abs. 3 UWG as well as Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our interest in addressing advertising in accordance with demand is to be regarded as justified in the sense of the aforementioned provision.

Legal basis for the processing of your information when visiting our shop / website is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows for the purposes of processing listed below:
