It has an expressive nose with aromas of peach and small red fruits. On the palate you get a beautiful balance mixing freshness with citrus notes. The light character with the delicious fruit aromas and a nice minerality make this Rosé a great Apéritif that also pairs nice with food like a Provence Tapenade or an Avocado Salad for example.
