The Première Rosé is a very interesting Gourmet wine! Unique flavors that you will love just by themselves or paired with food. Nose nicely fruity with notes of pineapple, apricot, peach, lychee, then herbs of Provence, pepper and nutmeg spices. Full and crisp palate, dominated aromatically by strawberry and pepper. Harmonious and fine, very long finish with spice flavors and a saline note. It pairs great with Fish, Chicken, Pasta and all kind of dishes with white sauces.
