The Dri.Ver! Sparkling Rosé combines the delicate acidity of Verjus with the aromas of wild berries. Fresh strawberries, raspberries, and currants blend seamlessly on the nose. The sparkling wine tastes fruity and has a crisp character. The full-bodied character is achieved through the combination of dealcoholised wine and Verjus. The base wine is a blend of Pinot Noir and Dornfelder from the 2024 vintage. The grape varieties complement each other perfectly and round out the overall impression of the sparkling wine.
