The sparkling wine tastes fruity and has a crisp character. The full-bodied character is achieved through the combination of dealcoholised wine and Verjus. The base wine is a blend of Pinot Noir and Dornfelder from the 2024 vintage. The grape varieties complement each other perfectly and round out the overall impression of the sparkling wine.
