Château d'Astros - Augustine Rosé BIO

The iconic Château d’Astros is a 600 hectares Provence estate in the heart of the Var. It is beautiful like out of a fairytale with preserved nature, 80 hectares of vines and 10 hectares of apple trees. Century-old gorgeous buildings and a famous castle, acres of farmland, forest, river and of course the beauty of the Provence, make Château d’Astros to a dream of a winery.

The Augustine Rosé cuvée is as daring as it is delicate. A true fruit of Provence, it is generous, sunny and has an undying charm.

This Rosé is very pale, almost rose petal. In your nose you get a very floral character, blending the delicacy of the rose with the exoticism of the lychee. In your mouth it starts quite tenderly with a lovely impression of roundness, reigned in with lime, followed by a delicate red fruit character that leads to a refreshing lightness and elegance.

With both allure and charm, the Augustine Rosé will be particularly enjoyed with a Mediterranean aperitif, tuna rillettes, olives or courgette gazpacho and grilled meat.
