Château de la Gaude - Altitude 400 - Rosé BIO
Château de la Gaude located in Aix-en-Provence is a famous winery and luxury 5-star boutique hotel with the Michelin starred chef Matthieu Dupuis-Baumal.
Specifically produced for this Gourmet Temple, is the Altitude 400 sparkling Rosé. Made from a prestige blend of typically Provençal grape varieties, this cuvée comes from the best plot of Grenache, with over 63 year old vines, located 400 meters above the level of the Mediterranean. Harvesting by hand, double sorting and an ageing of 14 months on slats make this bubbly one a serious competition for any Champagne but with a Provence twist.
It is a Brut Nature sparkling Rosé with a fantastic minerality and aromas of small red fruits like strawberry, raspberry, currant are dominant. Delicious and very elegant at the same time, this sparkling wine is a proof of character! Perfect for an aperitif, it also goes well with semi-cooked salmon or tartar. It will also sublimate your desserts made with red fruits.
