Château Pas Du Cerf - Dames Nature Rosé BIO

Like their parents their grandparents and the five generations before them, the three sisters Aurore, Diane and Marion love this atypical terroir of the Massif des Maures in the Provence. The vineyards on hillsides are hanging on schist stone. Cork oak forests as far as the eye can see. The Mediterranean Sea nearby. This mixture of influences gives the Château Pas Du Cerf wines their unique character. 

In harmony with nature, this vintage ist blended without any sulphite. The result is a astonishing Rosé with beautiful fresh aromas.

The Dames Nature Rosé has an elegant nose with little red fruits aromas (raspberry, gooseberry), and lemon meringue tart notes. In your mouth it is smooth with freshness and pleasure. This Rosé pairs nicely with a green curry with shrimps, tiramisu with red fruits or a goat cheese with honey.
