Aix-en-Provence Allstars
The wine growing region Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence lays in the west of the of the Provence. The appellation is named after the city of Aix-en-Provence north of Marseille. The soil of the region is mainly mineral rich stony clay and limestone. This gives the Rosés from this area a delicious mineral profile. 300 days of sun a year and the cooling Mistral winds keep the vines and grapes healthy and provide perfect Rosé conditions.

Château La Coste Rosé BIO
Château La Coste is more than just an Organic Provence Winery of excellence. It is a 600-acre sculpture park, art destination, a luxury hotel and 3 restaurants just outside of Aix-en-Provence. Among the artists that where contributing to this spectacular estate are by Tadao Ando, Louise Bourgeois, Bob Dylan, Tracey Emin, André Fu, Frank Gehry, Andy Goldsworthy, Christopher Green, Kengo Kuma, Paul Matisse, Oscar Niemeyer, Jean Nouvel, Renzo Piano, Richard Rogers, Richard Serra, Conrad Shawcross, Lee Ufan, Ai Weiwei and Franz West.
Let talk about this delicious Château La Coste Rosé: Marked by minerality and a finesse of expression. It has volume in the mouth, elegant and round. Dominant of white fruits, vine peach and pear, accompanied by notes of red fruits. A long and fresh finish. For food & wine pairings we recommend Galette with wild smoked salmon and caviar, Iberico Palette with lemon and courgettes à la niçoise or semi-cooked yellowfin tuna.

Château de la Gaude - Mademoiselle Rosé BIO
Château de la Gaude is just ten minutes from the city centre of Aix-en-Provence and offers a breath-taking view of Montagne Sainte-Victoire, the ultimate symbol of the Provence. The beautiful "Bastide" is now a 5 star luxury hotel with a Michelin star gourmet restaurant.
The elegance and superior standards of the hotel and restaurant are also implemented in the vineyard and winery. The start of vinification of the Mademoiselle Rosé is made in stainless steel vats afterwards it is aging on the lees in "demi-muids", 400 liter sized French oak barrels.
Château de la Gaude "Mademoiselle" has very expressive notes of small red fruits and grapefruit. A very round juicy mouthfeel with notes of white flowers and aromas of dried rose. All supported by a nice acidity. This Gourmet Rosé is a perfect wine for food pairing! Some inspiration for your perfect Rosé pairing would be Red mullet with peppers or a Provençal-style rabbit with fennel but it also pairs deliciously with grilled meat and sausages.

Pomponette Rosé - Domaine de Sulauze BIO
Crisp, full of character, precise and of almost salty minerality. The balanced Mediterranean climate and a constantly cooling sea breeze provide subtle intensity of the aromas. You can smell blood oranges, some herbs of Provence and rose hips. The wine is bottled unfiltered with only minimal addition of sulfur.

Château La Coste - Rosé d'une Nuit BIO
The Château La Coste - Rosé d'une Nuit smells expressively like a bouquet of delicious red fruit. It is an ample, fresh and floral wine. In your mouth it is a round well-balanced Rosé with aromas that remain in the continuity of the nose.
This Rosé goes great with Octopus carpaccio with olive oil and lime. In general it pairs deliciously with mediterranean fish and shrimps or to a classic Provencal Ratatouille.
