Château de la Gaude, an 18th-century Provençal Bastide and a prestige Estate is nestled in a green haven in the heart of Aix-en-Provence.

Located in the center of some thirty hectares, the Bastide has been restored to its original splendour to become an established winery and a luxury 5-star boutique hotel with the Michelin starred chef Matthieu Dupuis-Baumal.

This fantastic Rosé come with an elegant nose of small red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and currants. The minerality brings a nice depth to the wine. On the palate again a selection of small red fruits: strawberry, raspberry, currant. A noble Rosé that fits to delicious meal but is at the same time a perfect light aperitif Rosé.
