Domaine de la Croix - Empereur - Cru Classé Rosé

Located in the heart of the Provence on the Saint-Tropez Peninsula, Domaine de la Croix is nestled in a setting of lush Mediterranean vegetation. The winery is an authentic getaway in a gourmet, romantic and wild Provence, where the sweetness of life is like no other. As a bonus: the heavenly landscapes of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, its wide-screen views of a sea with turquoise reflections and its white beaches…

This is the Olymp of Rosés, the absolute Top of the world! A Rosé that needs to age to taste the full potential.

From the best parcels of the vineyard, with the most gentile treatment of the harvested grapes to the ageing in French Oak Barrels for 6 month, this is Rosé perfection.

In the bottle this Rosé comes in an elegant Rose Gold color. After pouring it into your glass you can already smell expressive notes of citrus and yellow peaches and some lightly roasted dried fruits. Delicate in your mouth but at the same time the volume is sumptuous, well balanced with freshness and noble bitters.

This Rosé has power and depth to pair it to a rack of lamb in a Provencal herb crust or to roasted lobster with verbena.

“This wine belongs to the breed of the greates wines in the world." Laurent Derhé Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Sommelier Président de l'Association des Sommeliers Lyonnais et Rhône Alpes

Gérard Bertrand - Clos du Temple BIO

Truly exceptional in all ways! At Clos du Temple, Gérard Bertrand decided to cultivate the vines using biodynamic principles and to use horses and mules to strengthen the connection between the mineral, plant, animal and human worlds.

The result is extraordinary and the best of the best... The wine is matured in new barrels carefully selected based on the origins of the wood, for six months on fine lees with yeast stirring.

This rosé smells like ripe fruits (apricot, white peach), flowers (rose) and spice (green pepper). In your mouth you have notes of ripe apricot, white peach, rose and spice with a mild tobacco finish. One for the special occasions in life!

Château d'Esclans - Garrus

Phenomenal Rosé only made from free running juices, no pressing. This Rosé on Grand Cru level is made of grapes from up to 90-year-old vines, matured for 10 months in 600 liter oak barrels. Best wine treatment with 10 Months Burgundian style "Bâtonnage" twice weekly.

Fine aromatic, spicy mineral, deep. Concentrated aromas and flavors of dried citrus, peaches and passion fruit give this rosé a powerful nose. On the palate you get a bright acidity with glazed pear and pineapple filling the mid palate. Garrus’ toasty notes are reminiscent of a vintage Champagne without the bubbles. A long, vertical texture with a creamy finish that features rich, spicy notes. Powerful and elegant.

“Greatest Rosé ever”
98/100 James Suckling

Château Léoube - Collector Rosé BIO

This new cuvée from Château Léoube is an ode to the richness of the Provence seaside schist terroir. The vineyard is directly touching the beaches of the Côte d’Azur one hour south of Saint Tropez in the beautiful La Londe area.

The grapes come from the La Londe’s appellation parcels of the estate that offer the most concentration and balance. They are delicately hand-picked at optimum maturity.

To extract only the best from the fruit, the team recovers the free-run juice. This fine and delicate juice will make up the majority of the cuvée.

After fermentation, the wine is slowly matured on its lies with batonnage in thermoregulated stainless tank.

The Collector Rosé fully reveals the Léoube style. It delicately combines in the same wine the opulence, linearity and length.

Expressive, balanced, and precise, this Rosé testifies to the quality of Château Léoube to remain a pioneer and leader in the world of Rosé and to keep moving forward to establish the place of Rosé wine at the table of world’s greatest wines.

Figuière - Rose Bay BIO

The Rose Bay Rosé belongs to a rare category of Rosé wines that transcend the traditional aperitif style. Produced from exceptional hillside vineyards in La Londe, this prestige cuvée combines the freshness and elegance of Provence with the depth, texture and complexity of a fine gastronomic wine.

Elegant yet powerful, Rose Bay captures the essence of the Mediterranean coastline, offering remarkable precision, saline freshness and an impressively long finish.

The Terroir of La Londe

The Côtes de Provence La Londe appellation is widely regarded as one of Provence's most distinctive terroirs. Located directly opposite the Golden Islands, the vineyards benefit from constant sea breezes, abundant sunshine and unique schist soils streaked with white quartz. These maritime conditions create wines renowned for their freshness, minerality and saline character.

Old Grenache and Rolle vines planted more than forty years ago contribute concentration and aromatic depth, while Mourvèdre grown facing the sea adds structure and complexity.

Each grape variety is harvested and vinified separately to preserve its unique expression.

Oak Ageing – Depth Without Dominance

A defining feature of Rose Bay Rosé is its meticulous ageing programme. Fifty percent of the wine remains in stainless steel tanks to preserve purity, freshness and aromatic precision. The remaining fifty percent is matured in carefully selected 500-litre oak barrels previously used for several vintages.

Rather than imparting strong oak flavours, these barrels allow gentle micro-oxygenation, adding texture, depth and complexity. The result is a Rosé with subtle layers of vanilla, cardamom, brioche and sweet spice, beautifully integrated with the wine's vibrant fruit and mineral backbone. The palate becomes silkier, broader and remarkably persistent.

Tasting Notes

Color: Pale pink with golden and pearlescent reflections.

Nose: White peach, apricot and lychee are layered with pink pepper, delicate floral notes and subtle sea-spray freshness. Hints of vanilla and cardamom add elegance and sophistication.

Palate: Rich yet remarkably precise. Vibrant minerality and delicate salinity create tension and freshness, while partial barrel ageing contributes creamy depth and a silky texture. Notes of candied citrus and flinty minerality linger through an exceptionally long finish.
