Château d'Astros - La Belle Vie Rosé BIO

The marvelous Château d’Astros is a 600 hectares Provence estate in the heart of the Var. It is beautiful like out of a fairytale with preserved nature, 80 hectares of vines and 10 hectares of apple trees. Century-old gorgeous buildings and a famous castle, acres of farmland, forest, river and of course the beauty of the Provence, make Château d’Astros to a dream of a winery.

La Belle Vie is an ode to the Provençal way of life. It is a seductive Rosé with the perfect combination of great aromatic finesse and a rare intensity of character. With its distinct elegance, this cuvée is a tribute to the South, to the austerity of its limestone soil which creates exceptional wines.

This Rosé has a delicate, luminous pale lychee color with golden reflexes. In your nose it has a very delicate opening with aromas of ripe red fruit, juicy strawberries enhanced by white pepper. In your mouth a beautiful concentration of tangy red berries balanced with nice freshness. The ensemble is silky, luscious and light, with a wonderful finesse. 

"La Belle Vie Rosé" is a perfect companion for warm summer days and pairs delightfully with southern French dishes like sautéed squid, a french ratatouille or something sweet like a Tarte Tropézienne.
