he Cuvée Libre Rosé Organic is a beautiful expression of Provence from the historic Domaine La Bargemone, located just outside Aix-en-Provence. Dating back to the 13th century, the estate was once home to the Knights Templar, who used it as a resting place, a training ground and even cultivated vines on these very hills. Today, this remarkable heritage meets modern organic viticulture, resulting in elegant Rosés that truly reflect their origin.

The organically farmed vineyards stretch across 120 hectares surrounded by pine forests, olive groves, wildflower meadows and Mediterranean nature. Benefiting from the elevated Trévaresse plateau, the vines enjoy warm sunny days, cool nights and the refreshing Mistral wind. Harvest takes place around two weeks later than in many other parts of Provence, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly while preserving freshness, finesse and aromatic complexity.

The nose opens with delicate floral aromas, pronounced minerality and hints of vineyard peach. On the palate, flavours of ripe nectarine, passion fruit and fresh strawberries unfold beautifully, supported by the signature mineral character of Aix-en-Provence. The result is a vibrant, elegant Rosé with remarkable balance, freshness and a long, refined finish.
