Beautifully located in the Provence next to the Massif des Maures, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Verdon Gorge, the "Commanderie de Peyrassol" was founded in the 13th Century by the Order of the Knights Templar. It has nearly 850 hectares of oak trees, olive trees, and scrubland, which protect the age-old and renowned Château Peyrassol vineyard at the centre of the estate.

Peyrassol has established itself as one of the leading wine estates in the Côtes de Provence with Rosés that are authentically Provençal, recognised for their great elegance.

The #LOU Rosé has a pale pink color with salmon hues and reveals a very charming nose with all the nuances of ripe mediterranean fruit , before leaning towards delicious aromas of apricot and peach. Fresh and light, the palate is very smooth, with a lovely texture. The finish is easy and delicious, with a breezy freshness.

This Rosé goes very well with a summer cuisine. A caprese salad with fresh Basil, a pizza with your favorite toppings or a light summer pasta matches beautifully with this Provence Rosé.
