Minuty 281 Rosé is the prestige cuvée of Château Minuty and one of the most exclusive Rosé wines of Provence. An exceptional Rosé from the Saint-Tropez peninsula, combining Mediterranean elegance, remarkable depth and distinctive minerality.

The name 281 refers to the striking Pantone 281 blue of its bottle – a tribute to the intense blue of the Mediterranean Sea. The grapes come from selected vines around 25 years old and are harvested by hand. Grenache takes centre stage, giving the wine its delicate fruit, structure and expressive character.

The nose is intense yet beautifully refined, revealing aromas of white peach, apricot and ripe melon alongside subtle floral nuances. What makes the 281 particularly fascinating is its maritime character: delicate saline and iodine notes evoke the sea breeze of the Côte d’Azur. You can almost smell the Mediterranean.

On the palate, Minuty 281 is powerful and precise with impressive depth. Ripe fruit is balanced by pronounced minerality and an elegant saline touch. Despite its concentration, the wine retains the finesse and freshness associated with great Provence Rosé. A long, mineral finish highlights its credentials as a sophisticated gastronomic Rosé.
