In the bottle this Rosé comes in an elegant Rose Gold color. After pouring it into your glass you can already smell expressive notes of citrus and yellow peaches and some lightly roasted dried fruits. Delicate in your mouth but at the same time the volume is sumptuous, well balanced with freshness and noble bitters.

This Rosé has power and depth to pair it to a rack of lamb in a Provencal herb crust or to roasted lobster with verbena.
