The wonderful Château d’Astros is a 600 hectares Provence estate in the heart of the Var. It is marvelous like out of a fairytale with preserved nature, 80 hectares of vines and 10 hectares of apple trees. Century-old gorgeous buildings and a famous castle, acres of farmland, forest, river and of course the beauty of the Provence, make Château d’Astros to a dream of a winery.

The Cuvée Amour is a collection of shared memories: amazing holidays, large dinner parties, epic festivities. It is the perfect Rosé for shared moments. A signature cuvée, harmonious and impressive, with a true personality.

This Rosé has a very pale hue with silver reflections. In the nose you get complex, elegant aromas of sun-kissed yellow fruit, a touch of nectarine and a hint of spice. The palate is in tune, intensely aromatic. A delicious freshness is expressed with notes of yellow fruit, enveloped in a silky texture. A lingering spicy finish rounds off this cuvée.

From aperitif to dessert, this wine can be served with delicate Mediterranean dishes, marinated fish spicy Asian food.
