Château Peyrassol  - Les Templiers Rosé BIO

Located in the Provence next to the Massif des Maures, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Verdon Gorge, the "Commanderie de Peyrassol" was founded in the 13th Century by the Order of the Knights Templar. It comprises nearly 850 hectares of oak trees, olive trees, and scrubland, which protect the age-old and renowned Château Peyrassol vineyard at the centre of the estate.

Peyrassol has established itself as one of the leading wine estates in the Côtes de Provence with Rosés that are authentically Provençal, recognised for their great elegance.

The "Les Templiers" Rosé has pale pink color with salmon hues reveals a very charming nose with all the nuances of a ripe grape, before evolving with aeration towards more intense aromas of stone fruit (apricot, white peach). Fresh and delicate, the palate is very smooth, with a juicy texture.  The finish is round and delicious, with a delicate freshness. 

This Rosé goes very well with a sunny cuisine. It will enhance a caprese salad with nectarines, focaccia garnished with prosciutto and fresh apricots, grilled fillet of sea bream with lemon and herbs, or grilled vegetables marinated in olive oil and Provence herbs.
