This wine defies categorization. In a blind tasting, most wine experts would guess it is a White Burgundy like Meursault or Chassagne-Montrachet. You will find this Gourmet Rosé in fine dining restaurants and in traditional & historical hotels. Half of the grapes from 80-year-old vines and 9 months in 600-liter barrels matured. The bouquet is very complex. Ripe red berry aromas with toasty and hazel nut notes, ripe pineapple and ginger. Rich and exotic with some hints of black liquorice notes as well. Full bodied, yet elegant. A classy wine on the palate with a charming, complex game of fruit, freshness and minerality. The balance is excellent.

This Rosé also pairs beautifully with Lobster, Steak au poivre and Foie Gras.
