Château Peyrassol - 1204 Rosé

One of the absolute Top Rosés in the world exclusively from old vines! This Rosé is a tribute to centuries of Provençal winemaking heritage. Named after the year the Knights Templar founded the estate, this cuvée embodies timeless sophistication and modern precision. For this Rosé, the grapes are sourced from a strict parcel selection, only the best of the best, harvested separately by hand during the coolest hours of the day.

Château Peyrassol is located in the foothills of the Massif des Maures, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Verdon Gorge in the Provence. It comprises nearly 850 hectares of oak trees, olive trees, and scrubland, which protect the age-old and renowned vineyard at the centre of the estate.

After fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, this Rosé ages for 10 months with regular bâtonnage for 3 months. 60% aged in Barriques, 40% aged in sandstone jars

This ultimate premium Rosé has a very pale pink color with pearly reflections. The nose combines sweet spices, floral notes, and exotic wood with an harmonious softness. The palate is elegant and rich, enveloping, and delicate. A beautiful length mixes notes of lemon zest with the creamy character of the wood and a balanced acidity.

Limited production. Grand style. Pure Provence.
